You're Not Alone. And It Doesn't Have to Stay This Way.

Relationships hit rough patches. Maybe you're:

  • Stuck in the same arguments that never get resolved
  • Feeling disconnected even when you're in the same room
  • Walking on eggshells afraid to bring up what's really bothering you
  • Wondering if this is it — or if things can actually get better

The truth? Most couples wait 6 years too long before seeking help. But it's not too late.

With the right support, couples can — and do — rebuild trust, improve communication, and rediscover why they chose each other.

Common Questions

Ideally, yes — couples therapy works best with both partners present. However, there may be times when individual sessions are helpful. Lauren will guide you on what makes sense for your situation.
Every couple is different. Some see significant improvement in 8-12 sessions; others benefit from longer-term support. You're never locked into a set number of sessions.
This is common. Sometimes a brief phone call helps a skeptical partner feel more comfortable. Lauren is happy to answer questions before you commit to scheduling.
Research shows telehealth therapy is just as effective as in-person for most couples. Many actually prefer it — no commute, more scheduling flexibility, and the comfort of your own space.
Couples therapy isn't just about staying together — it's about making the best decision for your situation. If separation is the healthiest path, Lauren can help you navigate that process with clarity and respect.
Couples therapy is a self-pay service at $249 per session. We provide superbills after each session so you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients recover a significant portion of the cost this way.
