Evidence-based couples therapy focused on communication, conflict resolution, and strengthening your relationship. Sessions are $249 (self-pay only; insurance is not accepted for couples therapy). HSA/FSA accepted. Available in-person at our Duxbury location and via telehealth. Please include both partners' names in the form below.

FDA-cleared, non-invasive treatment for depression, anxiety, and OCD. Most insurance plans cover TMS after prior medication trials. Treatment involves daily sessions over 6-9 weeks.
