Struggling to Connect?
Couples Therapy That Actually Works
Therapist Lauren Schneider helps Massachusetts couples rebuild communication and break destructive patterns using ACT, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches. Telehealth available statewide. Superbills provided for insurance reimbursement.
You're Not Alone. And It Doesn't Have to Stay This Way.
Relationships hit rough patches. Maybe you're:
- Stuck in the same arguments that never get resolved
- Feeling disconnected even when you're in the same room
- Walking on eggshells afraid to bring up what's really bothering you
- Wondering if this is it — or if things can actually get better
The truth? Most couples wait 6 years too long before seeking help. But it's not too late.
With the right support, couples can — and do — rebuild trust, improve communication, and rediscover why they chose each other.
