Alex is our Practice Manager at Modern Mentality, bringing a genuine passion for helping others and a strong foundation in mental health and substance use treatment. With a degree in Human Services and Social Work, Alex has gained invaluable experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Her background in dual diagnosis and co-occurring disorders has honed her skills in providing compassionate, empathetic support to each person on their unique path to wellness. As a certified NeuroStar TMS Technician, Alex also plays a key role in delivering our transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy program.

Alex believes in the power of individualized treatment planning and a whole-person approach to foster sustainable recovery and mental well-being. She is dedicated to being a supportive advocate for all clients on their healing journey.
