Your provider conducts a detailed psychiatric evaluation covering symptom history, developmental background, academic and occupational functioning, family history, and screening for commonly co-occurring conditions like anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. We use the ASRS v1.1 and other validated instruments to quantify symptom severity.
Initial EvaluationCreyos Neurocognitive Testing
A digital assessment battery measuring attention, working memory, processing speed, cognitive flexibility, and reasoning. Tasks include Double Trouble, Spatial Span, Digit Span, Feature Match, and Hampshire Tree. Results are compared against age-matched normative data to identify specific cognitive deficits. Can be completed from home.
Objective Cognitive DataTOVA Continuous Performance Test
The FDA-cleared Test of Variables of Attention measures sustained attention, response time consistency, impulse control, and processing speed over an extended period. TOVA provides objective performance data that cannot be influenced by self-report bias, making it an essential component of a rigorous evaluation.

Note: Testing is one component of a comprehensive evaluation. An initial psychiatric evaluation appointment is also required and is billed separately (insurance accepted for evaluation visits). HSA and FSA funds can be applied toward the testing package.
