CEO/Founder of Modern Mentality & Nurse Practitioner

JamesMy focus is medication management, diagnostics and neurocognitive testing.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, a graduate of Boston College, and recipient of the Clinical Excellence in Psychiatric Nursing award during my time there. With a wealth of experience garnered from prestigious institutions such as McLean Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, I have honed my skills in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric illnesses.

Recognizing the growing need for specialized care, I pursued further training and obtained certification in ADHD-CCSP, allowing me to offer enhanced expertise in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of ADHD. Over the span of 15 years, I have continuously refined my practice in the field of psychiatry, gaining invaluable insights and extensive experience in providing comprehensive psychiatric care.

My goal is to provide world-class, efficient and timely mental health and psychiatric treatment.

Drawing from my experience as an Inpatient Attending Nurse Practitioner at Bournewood Hospital in Chestnut Hill, MA, a teaching hospital associated with Boston University, I recognized a pressing need for high-quality, prompt, and compassionate mental health care within the outpatient setting. Driven by this imperative, I founded the Modern Mentality group practice.

As a board-certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner accredited by the ANCC, I provide comprehensive treatment across the lifespan, encompassing medication management, medication-assisted therapy, and psychotherapy. My practice specializes in assisting adults grappling with ADHD, anxiety, and depressive disorders.

Currently, I am exclusively accepting patients onto my waitlist. I hold dual licensure as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
